Horrible. They replaced our original dell charger with a fake one and have been trying to impose that this fake charger is ours. Even after complaining, they forced my sibling to take the fake one with her stating that she is confused. And within two days, the ill-fitting power cord was burnt. When we got it checked with an authorized dealer of dell, we got to know the the power cord is fake. Now after raising complaints to the owner, he is not answering the calls. Better stay away from such irresponsible and arrogant person and place that hardly listens to customer complaints and simply dupes people.
