Poor ServiceAppointment booked on sarathi portal was 9.10 AM but RTO Office open at 10 AM. What’s the used for providing appointments before 10 AM.

I went to RTO office for my learning license... And I had to wait for almost 4 hours to complete the process.

Typical govt office nothing gets done at first go. No clear instructions or directions written, people running helter skelter. Youll always be required to get additional documents which was never mentioned on their website and these by the way are never available at the RTO office but always at the photoshop vendors close by.

Fill the form online & get learning licence. Take all the necessary documents.- 2 address proof Xerox with original.- Form filled,- appointment print- application print.

I went here on 11th May 2021 but they said that RTO will be closed till 30th June :( and it will be only open as per the covid guidelines.(Ive applied online through parivahan seva and Ill suggest try to apply via broker that will be easy).

The staff is helpful, the only problem I face every time is there are too many counters. Each one for a different task, but they arent marked clearly. People find it difficult to find the right one and keep wandering around.

After getting token number, youll have to wait for a considerable amount of time for the learners test.

No Proper shelter for waiting area, lacks of public basic facilities, like no drinking water available, no canteen available here, outside foods and stall are there beside the gate..

If youre applying drivers license online these people will keep telling you go there ask there then your documents are not enough and all. If youre applying via broker they will not even ask one question. I met one person while submitting document he told me that he was there for more than 4-5 Hours theyre keep telling him go there ask other counter. Thats sad. So if you want to save time and energy it is advisable to go via broker. Thanks

Worst rto of India. They will give you slots while booking and when you reach der they will be taking things on first come first basis.

Its okay. Not great experience. Tests seem to be always lagging behind the schedule. The buildings are also like typical govt buildings. But work usually gets done.

Theyll make you wait, but they will help you for sure. I personally searched the whole Kalyan to find this place and added the location to maps as another RTO office in the maps was showing wrong location.

Important documents for learning license.And fee structure

Well organised counters for everything, but takes a lot of time hold up your 1hr or more for getting it done to avail your learning license, putting some fans in the waiting area under the roof would be appreciated, but managed well under COVID situation.

It is very hard to find a proper person and he also sends you to different counters. Complete waste of time. If you dont go via broker it is very hard to complete your broker. Worst service is given and more corruption.

Try to go as early as possible, afterwards it becomes quite hectic to stand and wait for hours with so much crowd.
