It was hectic evening.. too much workload on entire day.. heavy traffic to reach hotel from work location.. after refreshment in hotel decided to go out for food instead of taking dinner in hotel.. we enquiried about places where we get good food.. almost all local people suggested to visit paradise for Biryani. Then its nice 25 minutes walk from our hotel to location. We were hungry till we reach location and then... we enjoyed a good quality of Biryani..

Guys one of the worst delivery team by them and very low mindset delivery boys one of their delivery boy picked up from sai chowk near statue street opposite to cinemax nearby their kalyan branch around 400 rupees and refused to hand over the amount to the nearby police station and the owner was even least bothered about this when we talked to them regarding this situation .

I didnt had a great experience here coz few days ago I have ordered a dish from this restaurant but they didnt confirm my order and asked me to cancel it last minute.

No hygiene being maintained and no one care about your health in this pandemic, they only bothered about money, very bad experience with this guys, they exchanged the parcel, the person who got my food parcel they opened and returned to this guys, without thinking of anything this guys packed the same food which was opened by other and delivered to us even after asking to cancel the one which was opened by them....these guys don’t care about your health they just want money, the food which was returned by us might have been delivered to someone else...

After hearing so much about this hyped place I couldn’t wait to try my hands on the famous Biryani... I was thoroughly disappointed with the service. We were asked to occupy a table which was not cleaned... after standing for five minutes next to the unclean table I had to go to the manager personally and ask someone to clean the table before we could sit. Post that another 10 minutes more for someone to get the menu and then 10 min more for someone to come and get the order. The food was okay. But the service is slowest with no concern for customer experience. All this on a non busy afternoon. Wonder what kind of lack of service people face during peak hours. Never visiting any of the paradise restaurants again. Not recommending this to anyone either

Its best place to order quality and quantity food, briyani and butter chicken is my favorite, order through zomato may get good discounts.. As this hotel gives free home dilevry, it has less seating capacity, it think 4 table, but ambience is good, feel as u r in hyderabad. Service is also good.

This review is for Paradise Kitche. Not for Biryani restaurant (both are different!)I ordered Paneer BBQ Frankie and Maggie Paneer sandwich. Both tasted fine.They can improve a bit on little things like having a drinking water can with glasses (the cashier fetched water for me). Also, there are no dustbins for customers standing inside. Also, they shouldnt serve frankies with so much sauce that it drips when they chew!I liked the overall attention to detail and innovative products on offer. Its a pretty dope place - makes me proud to be a Kalyankar :-)Just for that I am giving it 4, not 3!

I have been to this place just 2 days ago with one of my friend i have ordered chicken dum hyderabadi biryani (Normal=160 rupess) and my friend sharad had veg dum biryani (140 rupees)as he is vegetarian.Talking about the taste it was awesome rich in taste with a beautiful aroma of eliachi , the chicken pieces in where totally and nicely cooked with very soft in taste full of spices with the basmati rice, The taste was enhanced with that rayta and gravy offered with it. Now talking about quantity , Once person can have his full time meal and would not feel hungry till 6 hours after having it. They offer a good quantity too with great taste.I loved it, Will go nxt time .
