Im feeling very disappointing and and irritated because of the services offered by the shop. I purchased Indo-westen outfit and Suit on 3rd April 2016. They took 1 week for fitting and finishing but the end result was bad.The Indo-western outfit had loose buttons and strings coming out. And they didnt even bother to tailor suit fitting. It was loose as it was at the time of purchase.Then we asked to do finishing for Indo-western outfit and Titan the suit fittings. They sent the clothes after 5 days. Only Indo-western outfit was proper. But suit fitting was improper. It was too tight for one to breathe.Again we sent the suit for fitting and after 5 days now its loose for chest and very tight at shoulder sleeve.So after 1 month they havent yet provided us desired fitting. Im sending the suit again for fittings. Hope this time they will do proper fittings.I would suggest everyone not to buy any outfits at this store. After sales service is very disgustingly poor. The salesman acts over smart but he doesnt have any knowledge about clothing.Never ever buy any outfits at this store. You will repent badly.
