Worst company.. They taken my 3 rounds of interview I qualified all the three rounds technical interview and then they said they will give me final call about the salary discussion and all but they didnt and when i asked them they said wait we will call you i wait 2-3 days but they didnt.. They totally wasted my time. Guyz please be sure before joining this company this company is really fake 🤥....The response you are giving is not correct. I got the call from your Hr that I cleared My third round And there will be only document submission and salart discussion is left.. so please dont mislead the people for giving such a fake response

Fake company. They will take interview but will not release the offer.For me they gave the salary break up on mail but didnt released the offer.

There was clear communication on the various phases along with a regular follow up both via call and mail from the company HR team. The final round was with the CEO – Mr. Unmesh Mehta which was also a great learning experience. Post the final round I received instant confirmation by the HR team of my selection. So, at present I am working in this organization. I had really bad experience while working with Bhavna, With such minimum wage they make the employees feel like labourers working for them.Management will not listen to engineers for sure,no sensitivity regarding personal issues is entertained by the company.They want employees to work for them in any situation.

I went for interview but seems the company is small. Employees mark their attendance by punching machine, So think like you have to have in office till evening unless you dont have work there also. I found the interviewer was asking questions but whatever I gave he was not ready to accept although I know he was not wright. By doing argument, is not going to give selection. So I kept myself mum. Almost 1.15 hrs he took and finally rejected.I found the company is small, in small companies during initial 5-7 months there wont be problem but after 7 months there will. They will going to put anywhere in the project or at client location or sometime release. They dont have proper notice period. So dont go for job here or in small organisation if you get 1L less in big companies. For time being you can opt.

They have called me for QA manual/API testing for face to face in the 2nd round. However, In the face to face interview, interviewer has giving me thesis like why dont I try for automation. I should have knowledge for automation testing. He didnt ask me anything about API and manual testing. I dont understand if they need automation tester then why they are wasting others time who are not eligible or not interested. Interviewer were just showing to me like how intelligent he is and I was like bhai itne hi intelligent ho to 10 saal se isi company me kya kr rhe ho.

I was go there for interview. Worst experience had with this company. They only waste candidate time and after given word about offer letter deny it . No good HR team. No management . Fake people.

This is a very small company. Please do not join this company ever.Management behaves like a shop keepers. All the employees who are part of Bhavna Corp are bread & buttering slave. Negative work culture. HR talks like a nonsense. There is no proper process here.

Its a good software company, interview process ans questions are very good. But there is communication gap, one hr told me that you will get the call for manager round and in evening received a email that you are not selected..Clear Rejection is better than fake promises

Small company with less projects. Lots of Hire and fire, worst management. They do not care about employees. Uno mehta (CEO), aka, Cheap Excusable Object, prioritizes politics over talent. Dont go for it, even if youve to wait to get a better opportunity.

Went for an interview for the position of Automation Tester here and the process was smooth . I could not clear the 2nd round so couldnt write a long review but I liked the ambiance of the office.
