I shifted to new location in Dombivali palava and my car servicing was pending since long time due to lockdown. But since this was new location and I was not aware about authentic mechanic nearby i tried go mechanic and had an wonderful experience.. car servicing quality went more than my expectations.. I am indeed happy and really didnt recognize my own car.. thanks to professional and trained people. I am very happy to see my car in new look with more reasonable price than what I use to pay earlier.

Sorry state of this Go Machanic worshop. I had visited this place for AC service. Booked appointment and reached there at 2 pm. Shocking to see no staff was wearing masks or gloves. No uniform as well. The AC serviceman was bought from nearby garage who arrived at 3 pm after 1 hour of waiting. AC service was done fine. AC vents were not cleaned as shown on the gomachanic app. Avoid this place or you might get infected...

I am extremely happy with the quality of their service. My Ritz was due for service and also had clutch and suspension issues. They have not only diagnosed the problem accurately but also fixed it with great efficiency. What I liked most is that they get into the details of the problem and try to rectify it rather than simply changing the parts. I would recommend them for best, economical, trustworthy and professional service.

The Service is Good and to satisfaction, they attend to every point hilighted and provide discount on spares replaced.I am a satisfied customer with good service from GoMechanic and AtoZ autoworks.Best part, they also provide pick up and drop facility for the cars, though I have not availed it.A good work shop for those staying in and around palava.

Pathetic service in servicing dont know what they do. Just clean the car and give it seams. After servicing my car doesnt start, each time I have to call the garage guy. Amazing part is they will tell its your fault and 4 days from the day its serviced I Called A to Z person to check he said charge just for jump start will be 400/- it was just few seconds job and dint even consider that I have got servicing done from them paying 5500/- for a small car Kwid. Gomechanic is there just to show you the service centre as Google but no support no service.

I had a good experience in servicing my Wagon R AGS car at A to Z autoworks near Shilphata, Dombivli. They are reasonably priced (compared to authorized workshop) and customer focused. They are honest in their assessment. They use original parts and have connect with multiple suppliers. Saif (workshop owner) and Rakesh Lad (Go Mechanic manager) have both been very helpful. I would go here again for regular servicing.

Pathetic experience.Owners A to Z are local goons.My tire came off after servicing so called brake check up performed by them.when vehicle was on trail Wheel nut came off it was damaged while tightening .Car failed to start due to inappropriate method of changing fuel filter. Took 3 hrs .to start took assistance of ford workshop.Work shop owner threatened to beat me black n blue since i reported this to GO mechanic portal.
