I regret that I purchased a flat in kohinoor luxuria. They gave a lot of commitments in the beginning and when the time came to fullfill those commitments they are asking me for a proof. Not happy with their amenities at all, what they have provided is totally different from what they told me at the time of purchasing the flat. All the liars are sitting out there and their job is to make the customers fool. The team is not co-operative, they torchured me mentally at the time of my loan procedure. It even had a bad impact on my health. Its is my honest advice to all that do not fall for thier sweet talk and think twice before investing in kohinoor group

It has the famous Jio martShopping for grocery, fruits&vegetables which is a landmark.Parking is okay and visiting is comfortable.

This is a honest review they dont even deserve 1 star dont go on the positive reviews they are just sales strategy. I am a buyer of one of their property and I still regret. One of a cheater, cheapstake group. Who will talk like a sugar when you buy the flat and after than they give you poor quality of homes, fake commitment of service. They will try to squeeze every penny from you. Its been 3 years still they owe money to us which they never returned and always keep on postponding and lying. Not happy with them. 👎
