Kohinoor Group is relatively new in the game but they are delivering to all the promises. Sadly, a lot reviews on google have been from people who do not even live in any of the kohinoor properties. I am a resident and i stand by the commitment by Kohinoor group. A little delay here and there is very common and unavoidable. But overall, go to Kohinoor for a great experience.

Guys please dont buy any flats or property here. One important thing is it is the size of flats are very small and price is too high . You are gonna get 450-500 sqft area for 2 bhk that too for 75 lacs. Its not worth it when housing market is down, better find resale options around the area.P.s i live nearby to this society

The builder is having very bad services...at Kohinoor Castles. OC taken before proper water connection? Also no boring, which was promised for 24hrs water connection. Intercom not connected properly.. the builder want to run away before giving any basic facility like water... Do not invest in any of his projects

Its 18 month from possession of flat and still below issues:1) WATER ISSUE: Only getting water for Half an hour in a day. Builder has promised for 24 hour water supply.2) SECURITY ISSUE:• 3 cases where two wheelers seats were damaged in building, however CCTV camera has not captured the culprit.• Watchmen are not trained, any stranger can enters in the building.• No Intercom facility started yet.3) CONSTRUCTION ISSUE: Likeage and cracks in wall. The issue is in almost every flat. ( We have photos of all the flat)4) Many complaint letter submitted & Meeting done with JATIN & RAJESH, However, no use.• ADVANCE MAINTENANCE was taken for 24 months.• INTEREST was taken from ME and many flat owner in CASH for delay in payment. I have mail copy and call recording of same.Now will the builder pay Interest for all these delays?????

I got posession 10 months back in kohinoor.No promise has been fulfilled.now builder is Trying to handover society without completing the ameneties work. Dont trust them..its zone of fraudulent.

This people not even deserving this one star but to remove our frustation we have to give is one star, kohinoor has pinalised (50000) us towards late registration and at the same time this people has fullfied there commitment towards basic needs and other amenities.

Kohinoor lifestyle building is based in the city, I think it has got everything to live luxury. All facilities are close to the location.

Considering the safety of young children, cctv camera is not proper. Rooms in kohinoor castle society third classThere is quality. The work is beautiful on the outside and hollow on the inside. Most rooms have cracks, water leakage, slap leakage.
