Although there is mixed community of people reside here but the population is more Sindhi community dominated. Parking facility is well available. 24*7 water supply. 24*7 alert security guards. Almost every corner is under CCTV surveillance. In short the building is very safe. There are lots of amenities like swimming pool, gym, lawn garden, amphitheatre, movie theatre. All festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. At the entrance of building we could see lord Shiva temple. In short its one of the best society to live in.

Its a nice complex with modern amenities. Well constructed and spaced out. The lobbies are spacious. The living room and bed rooms are comfortably spaced.
