Location is very nice. Water is the main problem in this area. Parking place is not sufficient. In future investment cost will give good return as there is plan of metro station nearby.

Very long from kalyan st but nice complex

Good project, 30 mts drive from station , still under construction, total 10 towers will be there only 3 tower completed. But good amenities are available , club house, swimming pool, jogging track, solar water, lift power back up , 2 lifts, 22 to 30 storied towers , there are 1 bhk compact or XL available and 2 bhk available . Fully furnished tower remain in under construction.
