This is a third grade builder, who had cheated all poor people in this project. Dont ever book any flat in any of his project. They says Lies & sell lies to poor people. 12 Years on many people had paid bank loans & still living on rent due to deceit by this builder. Stay away from this builder & Save your money.

12 years ago we booked a flat and still not got the possession .... Just dekh lo and still every year we see ... The pop is done and nothing is happened 😐😐 just taking money ... As much as possible

I booked a flat in 2008 and then waited for 5 years for builder intimation they are fraud after 5 years they informed sec 2d can not be constructed however they can construct new project (made similar construction and sold for 4 times higher price) . Never ever go for this builder.
