Shameless staff in Mahindra Happinest Kalyan. I had shown keen interest in looking at the project. Due to pandemic situations commuting was next to impossible.In January, they have asked me if they could arrange a pickup for site visit. Since I was keen I had decided to visit other projects too. After looking at Godrej Upavan (they arranged a pick up) which is adjacent to Happinest, I refused to take a drop from them which they could have easily arranged. Then I went to see the site. When I reached they showed me a video of project which was good and then came a lady who started discussing in an abrupt manner. She was so disinterested that she even said only few units are available if you want to take it then tell me. She was not ready to even discuss about the project. She finished discussion in 5 mins. Looking at such horrible staff, I have already changed my mind. Post discussion I asked her to arrange a drop which she refused. I told her that there is pandemic situation and you guys have promised for drop. Upon which she said that we do not give pickup and drop and you have to come on your own..I havent seen such a staff in any organization.I have booked my flat elsewhere now and still these so called desperate people call me asking if I am interested in their project. I have nothing against Mahindra but they should look at the people they are hiring. You want that people should come to see your site then have some decency. How would they commute when your site is located at such location. I have decided to boycott Mahindra, completely and will always suggest everyone to do so. I request if they could keep some shame of not calling and disturbing me when they dont know how to deal with their customers. I would like to say, stay away from such project when they dont know how to deal with their customers.If Mahindra is really serious to take this escalation further then do contact me and check who attended me being so disinterested. But henceforth do not call me.

Mahindra Happinest Kalyan project is really worth, they really got great thinking about this project, They got both 2BHK and 1BHK flats on a very good price, the work have not started but they believe they can provided the possession till 2023, this project have two type of 1BHK flats, Type A and Type B, they differ in Total area calculation, and the same goes for their 2BHK flats, for further detail I have also uploaded some photos which make help you gain more knowledge about this Project.

The project is under construction but the work is going on at pace. So whoever booked this property you are lucky.

Having bad experience with Mahindra Project Kalyan. I invested in Mahindra Happinest through 3rd party i.e 3 circles and which is part of Mahindra Sales.Now this company is not respoding to pay the discount amount.I am wonder Mahindra is allowing this 3rd party to sell their flat and even Mahidra team also not helping to solve this issues. It totally disgusting.When I call up the sales person, which is now not responding. Call with Help line not share the number and saying that you have to reach out to sales office in Kalyan.

Project is good..spacious and since its Mahindra so goes by the name...only concerns - max people have purchased as investment and not self use and its not kalyan (as thy do marketing), its in Bhiwandi and towards Kalyan road. Your registered address is goin to be Bhiwandi only. Metro line construction work is only going upto Bhiwandi station , no further work coming up in near future. So plan accordingly

Be careful ..They charged high penal interest on delayed .Even they are not considering the current scenario where bank process for disbursal are delayed .There kept our dp and delay registration but not ready to consider there customer problem.

Location is worth investing in & the brand is reliable, a good return is anticipated, the online portal needs to be upgraded. The service team & service provided by them is not up to the mark. Support from the finance support team for getting finance for purchasing the product is poor, no proper follow-ups, lack of communications from their side, after getting all financial papers from customers as per requirements. I have faith in the value of the Brand & its presence in the real estate market but comprehensive after-sales service is very much needed, considering the customers overall satisfaction. It is therefore suggesting service team to take personal follow up of their customers & ask them for the problems they are facing if any, after booking the unit. The whole project altogether consisting not more than 1300 units hence, personal follow-up of customers who have been booked the units wouldnt be a big task for a brand like Mahindra. All the Best.Work is going on at super speed, might be chances of getting possession before the agreed date. (update 16/04/2021)

I have booked a flat in 4th tower, construction work looks solid and they are working very fast. it would be a good investment for home, waiting to stay there once work completed.for first two towers they completed all the slab up to 14th floor and brick work is also going on, need to complete the remaining towers also.

A value for money project recently launched in Kalyan with fantastic response from the homebuyers. The only drawback is the steep payment terms which make you pay almost 50% of the cost in a period of six months without even the plinth being in place

IN THIS ONE HOUR THEY WILL SHOW YOU SAMPLE FLAT FOR WHICH YOU CANNOT CLICK PICTURES AS PER THE MAHINDRA POLICY.THE INTERNAL AMENITIES IS WORST, PLATFORM IS OF MARBLE CHEAP COST AND THE TILES OF LOW QUALITY.
