On Sunday met with a small accident, visited hospital at 13.00hrs got quick response and was provided quick medical facilities on duty Doctors and staff were very caring and courteous.

Good hospitals for railway employees, opp railway ground , near railway school for railway employee children.

Pathetic hospital with extremely rude behavior of docters and clerical staff. The medical registration clerk arrives after 10:30 , whereas the official timings are 9:00 am.

Doctors are not punctual. Non discipline patients. No token system for que. There should be token system for que. Instead of standing on que to visit doctors. For one department one chamber should be the norms, as is there in other government hospital.

As the name suggest its a central railway hospital - serving all the employee and their dependent family member.free of cost or very limited charges. Such as meal charges of patient , etcFirst of all the treatment provided is up to the mark the senior doctors and visiting doctors are well qualified . Most of the investigation are done here itself however we have to take the patient to other center for some specific test namely - 2D Echo to nearby hospital. Which the hospital does the appointment and transfer of patient.The support staff are very CooperativeBut will rate this hospital 3 start because it lacks some basic hygiene and cleanliness. You can see street dogs are sitting near the reception and roaming in the general toilet on ground floor ( where near female toilet some bio hazard waste is kept in green polythene- which not a good to see the proper waste segregation; however dogs are tearing it up I guess due to the blood smell in them thinking some food item. This was observed in 10 June at 2230 hrs.Out side general ward male section on second floor you can smell bidi some. ( smoking in hospital varanda. For me this is very big no ). I guess should have demarcation smoking area outside the hospital limit.

Facilities and treatment quality is improved but the paper work is still very tedious...

Worth place for covid I just share meal for covid positive person its not lunch or dinner it just break fast

Its good but most of time we visit to hospital and some special dr are not available so provide details every drs duty when they are available, regularly update on google

Its a hospital exclusive for Railway employees and offer all medical services- both outward and inward patients. The doctors are well qualified and they also have consultant doctors on call for specialist treatments

Pathetic, intolerable, disgusting, disrespectful ill-mannered behavior of the whole staff. Have no etiquettes to talk with whichsoever age group it is. Poor time management and extremely rude and arrogant staff.Makes me feel never return to this place.If there was a negative rating could have given even that.
