Amazing collection of Godrej Products, one store for all.

We went to order a Glass top table. Owner said that particular table is not available from comapany. So we directly went to Godrej and bought the exact same size table and chair. Also for other tables owner said it will take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. Where as from Godrej we are about to get it within one week.

Sales executives provide limited information that is necessary for them to make a pitch. Complete information is not passed over to the customers. Right feom dimensions of the furniture to assembly, everything was messed up. Their assembly team thinks they know everything but its the other way round. When the official Godrej assembly executive arrived he fixed it all for us and agreed that the store needs to fix a few issues. The product is good but I will recommend a different store. The service is not worth the price you pay.
