We have taken the AMC for water purifier for 3 year, purifier is not working from last 5months, we are fed up of talking to customer care, and technician but No response....
Purifier not working since last 2months and the service center shree Sai Siddhi eureka forbes is not bothered to send anyone for service. Fed up now and gonna call consumer court for this complaint as I have taken 2yrs AMC now and no one is replying or repairing the machine. Either I want it to be serviced or AMC money back as I have just done AMC this year and next years AMC money I want back.
Pathetic service. All numbers are switchedoff. Nobody is responding on App or SMS service request.. waste of money with Eureka. Hardly 8 months old purifier and water stopped coming.
