Poor food quality

We ordered paneer sabzi and got something else. Had ordered 2 naan but, got only 1. Had ordered dal tadka but got, dal fry. Prashant hotel has consistently underperformed in all dishes. Extremely disappointed.

Simple restaurant, with simple food at reasonable prices. The decor, (i must admit - needs to be renovated) is pretty basic. Food quality here, can be improved. But i liked the staff that served us, a slightly elderly uncle, who was polite and courteous.

The waiter of this hotel has hearing issue, 2 times they bring wrong order. As I ask about that wrong dish then he was arguing with me, this is not a way to talk with customers.There is one more thing I have observed, that is cleanliness of glass and jar of the water, I would suggest not to go in this hotel if you dont have a health insurance.

We ordered paneer handi and it was tasteless. The gravy of paneer handi was Basi and it was spoiled as well..worst experience ordering food from this hotel. I dont recommend this place.

Good hotel location. Quality food served. Although service takes a bit time. The staff is helpful. The place was hygienic and clean. The food was nicely made. And rates are reasonable. Good place for quick meals. Breakfast and snacks.
