Worst Customer service ever. executive as well manager also dont know the product details. I have purchased Samsung ac from kalyan west digi 1 showroom. they told me that its 5-1 convertible 2021 model with 4 way swing. have call recording as proof but they delivered 2020 Model and saying both are same products. and now when I am asking them to cancel the payment request not doing it.. saying In process in process. wish I could have minus rating option.

Do not buy Air conditioners from here. This is a clear case of hiding information intentionally in another words fraud. They will tell you that the installation is free on AC however once you buy the AC they will demand extra charges at the time of installation in the name of Brackets fittings which generally comes for 270 rs but they will ask 850 for the same. Be careful of you really dont have any other options and need to buy from them discuss this all before buying anything because once you buy the product they will behave very rudely with you and delay the service of installation intentionally to harass the customer even when you are ready to pay the charges afterwards.

This used to be a wonderful place called Snehanjali but after the split, this place is now called digi1. Must visit place to experience pathetic customer service, irresponsible management and horrible bureaucratic processes. They sell electronic items but they themselves dont have inverter in the so called shop.
