Worst people about providing services its experienced by me at a personal level as we have booked a Cylinder on 1/6/2021 and amount has been paid online. After 2 days on 3rd getting a message of delivered we have even not received any Cylinder at my place . After this I realized that the delivery person has sale my Cylinder to some other person since that day I am following up and they are not responding. I advice to all people not to pay them online as they all are chor. For they are on zero ratings becoz of there professional behaviour.

Delivery guys forcefully ask for extra money. When asked about whether they get salary or not they mention they dont.

Delivery man asking everytime 30 to 40 rupees extra whenever we refuse his demand his behaviour change.

Very reduculus people staff is even not abl pickup call then what abt work ...very much disappointed...

Today want to change address from Shree Sai to Gurukrupa, I have bring transfer receipt from Shree Sai Gas agency & visited Gurukrupa but no one present staff who is present not aware of anything and all other Staffs went for Lunch dont know where they gone seems went their home for lunch....and staff informed they will open office after 3pm ...I visited at 1:15pm and staff will open office after 3pm as they are on lunch.....this is pathetic service by Gurukrupa agency .....I have raised complaint to Bharat gas customer service, if no action from Bharat gas will raise more complaint and if need to move further will raise more complaint to consumer service...and further.........

Office staff feedback is good but machanic come home without mask and no proper saftey..

Very bad Service, Cylinder Delivery boy demanding extra money Rs. 50 /- every time. Cylinder will deliver after 4-5 days from receive of delivery message.

Worst service. We had booked gas on Friday which suppose to get deliver on same day or next day as per the msg which didn’t. Today, when we called to inquire to know the status of delivering the gas cylinder on official number which not responding. Then, we call to the person who regularly deliver the gas in our area if anything can be done inspite of Sunday then he rudely replied it’s personal number, don’t call on Sunday. Boss, you guys on taking tip when delivering gas to customers. Many times shuffling the Cylinders to other people. Still, we thought let’s go to their thangewadi office to try our luck if we get cylinder and luckily office was open and person who at sitting on desk was least bother to talk but he had printed two receipt in front of us. He replied we can do anything as Sunday office is closed then why he printed two receipt?? It means he will sale the cylinder with his interest. If you can’t deliver atelast speak to customer with polite and give him satisfactory reply. Worst gas service provider.

One person in particular is rude. Should improve on customer service skills and its as an average government org. You would expect to encounter on a day....

I am calling since morning today to get technician for repair of gas pipe leak but no one picking up call though people are sitting there. Some times call is engaged which means people are sitting there... pathetic
