Smsoft is one of the famous shop in kalpetta.. almost everything related to computer and gadgets available here... And also the customer relations is very good.. Almost every laptops and all the brands available here..

Very bad experience. Hopefully they find any other complaint than mother board problem. It was just a heating issue with the processor and i was aware of it, and asked them to check and fix it. Instead the first proposed issue was mother board complaint. And still they insisted it is the motherboard, but the system is working fine without any fix after little bit of thermal paste XDXDXD.Same incident happened with my cousin, and I asked him to be aware of this. Their first deduction was mother board issue. When asked to return the PC without any repair, they said they could fix the issue with mother board reset. And charged a minimum service charge.I would say be aware of this and dont get looted.

SM Soft Computers in Kalpetta Wayanad is a computer shop which provides all type of services for laptop and desktop. They sell laptop/desktop/mobiles and their accessories. Staff is good in behaviour. They often offer discounts on products. Their rates are genuine. Also, they offer services for laptop/desktop/mobiles at a cheaper rate.

It was a worst experience I had from SM Soft Computer, Kalpetta. I was order a Original DELL 65Wh 11.1v Type MR90Y Battery on 11th May 2020. They get the product on 19th May 2020. The problem start from that day.Initial problem was the did not attach the purchase bill on the product box. On that day itself I went back to there shop for collect invoice copy. Aftera hour I reached home I decided to fix my new brand battery to my laptop, at that moment I realized that they gave me the copy product battery. And decided to contact Dell official customer care. They cross check the QR CODE on the battery It was KR-JKVCS-71905-21B-0690-X100. They figured that it was absolutely fake one.They also give me instructions to check weight, length, some logos . I checked carefully and find out that they similar looking ones but not original as brand one. Next day morning, it means 20 May 2020 I went to SM Soft Computer , Kalpetta again to enquire about it. They treat me very bad and they even not care about there cheating mentality. Still they saying that product was origina. After lot argument they willing to give back my cash.Dear Customer be very careful when you deal with this guys.Original Dell 65 wh Type MR90Y 11.1V battery weight is 0.36kg.Copy was 0.29kg
