Extremely rude owner. Go to this shop and you will always find him in the middle of a screaming match with the customers.Had taken my laptop 11 days ago. After several delays and missed calls he agreed to deliver it today. Once again, he stopped receiving my calls and when he found it hard to ignore he blocked my number. No reliability, no accountability, no responsibility. Then as I used some other means to get a hold of him, he started shouting like a maniac.After 12 days of wait he has agreed to return the laptop without repairing it. So yes. I lost 12 days worth of work and went through a hell lot of harrassment from this man whom I showed nothing but respect, I will get my laptop back unrepaired. That too if Im lucky! Lets see what happens. Will update.Update:Got the laptop back unrepaired. Yet the fact that he blocked my number while in possession of my property makes for an attempted theft. I only got it back because I knew some people. You might not be that lucky.

Better place in Kalna, for any hardware problems ( i.e in your pc). Better than IT Solutions in that road.
