Good ambientzz..I really love to spend my weekendz sipping a chilled beer withe my buddy under the cool light insyd reboot. I usually did hav a wndrful exprnz. But last week i had a bitter exprnz from a staff named Manaf. He really lack a senz of customer service. Employees like him spoil the reputation of any organization. I nvr expected it from park. Apart from that bitter experience i really love park. Slow music. Low cool lights. Well maintained. And not to miss out is that they lack most of the beers mentioned in the menu. But whatever .... I am nvr gonna forget the very poor service by mr. Manaf.

The quality and quantity of the food is good. There were enough choices of beer. I felt the rate of alchohol is slightly on a higher side but its compensated by the ambience and the friendly staff service. Overall a nice place to relax. The ambience was lacking some good music.

This is the local bar situated at the basement of Park Residency, Kakkanad. Mind you the entrance to this place is via a steep road that goes adjacent to the Parks building compound.Coming to the food and menu. Averagely decent, and pocket friendly. The porattos here are a must try. But as already mentioned, since this is a local bar, dont expect a jazzy crowd. Mostly you could end up sharing the table with a regular auto-guy who is done with his day of work, and would love to share some anecdotes from his day. Staff may not seem very friendly, but they are. Its just that being friendly often lands them in a position of not being able to talk openly to a customer who is creating a drunk-scene.Theres an inner cabin section for those who didnt like what they read in the former part of the review. The rates might be rs 10 or so higher, but it would be bit more cooler and silent inside the cabins.If even the cabins dont fit your persona, walk into the adjacent bar, west lounge, which would bring you more of a corporate crowd.

Easily reachable from anywhere in the city. Interiors and atmosphere is decent.Food is not so great.

Its good place with proper ambience. It got a projector screen and TV. Bar parlor attached seats aswell as sofa seats are available. Parking facilities are very less. Autos are available Infront of the bar at night.

Very rude staffs. They r serving after consuming alcohole while on duty. Very bad service. I ordered something and the server brought some other thing, and top of that one of other server also supporting their staff rather than accepting their mistakes. The owner of this bar should concentrate on their staffs behaviour to customers. Most of the suppliers donot know how to behave. Most of them are found drunken at aroumd 7.45 PM. Worst service received in my entire life...
