The administration is terrible, rude & has no professional manners whatsoever. We were tricked into joining a PSC caoching class with a false confirmation that they have sufficient students. They put the class on hold after less than 10 classes and eventually cancelled it after 1.5 months. We missed the opportunity to join other coaching centers on time and even worse, they refused to give a refund. They offered 50% refund for merely 30 hours/ 2 weeks of classes where as the original sessions were planned for 1 year/300 hours. We had to run from pillar to post for more than 3 months for getting a refund. Peter from their Palarivattm office thinks that the refund is a favour and tries to scare us using goons type language. Stay away and join other coaching centers if you dont want the headache of dealing with these type of people
