Technicons under the leadership of Mr. Nizam had done the structural drawings for my residence at South Kalamassery, Cochin. Their designs were very economical without compromising on the strength. The staff at Technicons was extremely cooperative during the design as well as the execution stage and the drawings prepared were very easy to understand even for a normal contractor. They were available for the site inspections for all components of the structure which is good and a confidence booster for normal clients who doesn’t have any background in this area. Also they were ready to explain all the doubts (Even the non structural doubts as well) arising for the contractor during the execution of works. The staff is compatible enough to do the architectural design part as well and they are well versed in all design softwares (2D & 3D).
