Worst experience.I went there to purchase lg automatic front load digital inverter 8 kg washing machine which was available thereI wasnt even asked what I want..I went there in shorts and tees..That might be the reason.This people here are prejudiced.Even while walking out no one asked why I walked out of there showroom.I went to PITTAPPPILLIL AGENCIES got my product in less than 30 min even during this festival season..

Due to lock down reliance digital in oberon mall was closed. But when i contacted them they told me that their products are available in every outlet. Aftet reaching there i contacted them again but they never pick ma call. So i went to bismi in palavarittom and purchased as ma choice. Their service and customer service was excellent.

Worst experience from the shop, When I buy a laptop, within 5 days it shows software issues and stop working , and I replaced it with a new model (price more than last buyed product because of less availability of first purchased product) and the laptop show booting time error and shutdown time shows error and the antivirus used in it is expired in 110 days ago(buyed the product yesterday ). I think the shop is providing us refurbished products.

Worst ever experience, they do not care about a customer, i was asked to wait for an hour for them to get the product from their warehouse, even after waiting 2 1/2 hours at the store, they didnt bothered to address or get the product. never would recommend anyone. pathetic service.
