Worst experience here where I tried a strap on my watch which I didnt liked after trying it on my hand. To my surprise they said strap once fixed cannot be taken back even though if I purchase another strap which is costlier than this.Very worst experience and dont want the same experience to be faced by another person like me.

Different watch brands are present.it is all the old stock.They sell you the same old stock citing different stories.service is average.If u gonna buy a brand watch, kindly head towards the respective showroom only, bfz after sales service is not good here.
