Very reasonable prices. Good staff. But bad in customer experience. While purchasing the product they told installation is free. But the installation guy told it will cost 1000 rupees for installation and unless we pay that he will not come for installation. Take the ph no of executive while buying any product if he is making any promises.

The worst experience...I bought o general a.c on 21st sep. 2021...at the time of purchase they said installation free..now they are saying to pay for installation...otherwise they wont install...

Worst company Ever seen.. No customer supportI ordered mixer grinder today in online bajaj electrons. I called the customer support. No one can answer.

Everything is fine for a customer except at the bajaj EMI card facility, the EMI for purchase above 10k.

The worst service I shopped sofar.. Better to avoid to purchase. There is no response for service the products. I personally purchased a Greaser 5 days backstill not yet installed, where they said while purcahse is 48 hrs installation..This is my personal experience..
