At kakinada staff was worest.And they not giving delivery to home called to customer and saying we give only delivery at office come and take your shipment.One of the delivery boy name is RAMAKRISHNA tooooo worestDont give parcel to franch express

They wont respond to you after 100 calls also. You have to go to their store to talk with them. You will get your courier if you are lucky. DONT USE THIS COURIER.

Very very poor service there is a person named Ramana from Kakinada courier service he speaks very rude even with girls and he is very unprofessional they didnt send the courier to my customer from Nov 5th to till date and when I called every day he is talking with very harsh words I have the call recording as well if someone from the courier department does not respond on time I will file a consumer complaint on entire courier service.

This courier service doesnt even deserve 1 star. So, worst. Your products will have no guarentee in delivery. They will collect money saying that he will get delivered. Yet they will say that they dont deliver to few locations. They have too worst attitude. Dont even use this service. You will regret your decision if you did.

Taking mare than3 days from Andhra to Chennai which ate side by side. When contacted over phone atchennai Grindy, no one is responding even to lift the phone also. Very bad and irresponsible service . Very sorry to say this.
