I ordered J GO Massage Neck Massager for my mother as she is ill on Amazon.in.While I was tracking my order on Amazon.in, I contacted their customer care department for my product. I informed them to contact me when delivery executive is on way to my home for delivery. But delivery executive returned the product to the seller without even informing me for once and I was waiting for my product at home. This is very unsatisfied consumer experience as it was my mothers birthday. They spoiled the birthday gift arrangement and celebration and converted the birthday into a nightmare.This happens so many times with me while buying from Amazon.in. They returns the product or calls me to receive their product from their office when I order for home delivery.I feel very harassed by this type of online service and filed a case in Consumer Forum Of INDIA.

Ihave ordered a M30s on 16th and it reached the delivery fecility of Amazon today i.e on 22nd morning at 10.30am.but it was not delivered till now i.e7pm .
