Its a very good college. The teachers are very good but the maintenance is bad.

However, due to improper maintenance, there is nothing left operational. Hope, it will revive soon. Wish the Smartcity funds get diverted to the college for development.

I studied from 1998-2001 in computer engineering branch, our batch is third batch in the college in college.so our super seniors were first batch in DCME. I enjoyed alot like no one did. But initially struggling with English medium syllabus.but unfortunately i am the only guy in our batch come out of the college without certificate .all of my friends settled well except Me.😢😢. So please guys study well when you are in college.otherwise life will be miserable.goodluck.

I passed LME in April 1956 in first rank in the then Andhra State. I enjoyed my studies under the great leadership of two founder Principals Sri Jayanthi Sri Rama Murthy Garu, Sri Polapragada Bhaskara Rama Murthy Garu and the HOD of Automobile Engineering Sri Balayya, who later became a great film actor. Having passed AMIE later privately, I retired from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. as a General Manager. What all I achieved in my lifetime is duly atributable to the Andhra Polytechnic. DSR MURTY
