Service not good
I made a wrong cash transaction in online banking unexpectedly transfer to cash Wrong account . I complained to the bank people about this issue, I told them,Im staying in another city by job. their said told to me send a complaint mail to their branch mail id then we will check and revised amount in 48 hours but 4 days passed they didnt. I was called several times to bank number but dont answer my calls. its very ridiculous.Dear Manager sir if you see this post please take severe action.If the situation of educated people is like this in this branch , then what about uneducated ? I hope the Bank people rectify this issue.
