These sales people dont want business...I bought 3000 rs products..they are saying we cant do bill in one person...how silly this is for 3000 rs they are asking to do two bills. I asked them reason they are saying for that Im not understanding even I called store incharge also he also not telling anything to us...hello #reliancesmart check the sales people here...they dont want any business here simply they are saying its ok dont buy here

Best shopping had after long lockdown, but still staffs are less, long q on billing section. No trails allowed. New normal but due to crowd very uncomfortable while keeping physical distancing.

They have good collection but worst customer service. People lined up at one billing counter while some employees even free are not ready to open another counter to serve waiting customers. Not sure what kind of rules they have to not open additional counters when they have staff available.
