IF YOU WANT YOUR REFUND MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE!!! STOLEN PARCELS!!!I went to return two items to Amazon from here, scanned both parcels, and as I was leaving the guy said if you have any issues you need to speak to Amazon, not me which was already a huge red flag. 2 weeks later and nothing has been sent to Amazon. The dude was so rude, I bet he is probably just stealing the parcels.Honestly avoid at all costs. I am speaking to Amazon and UPS to potentially get this place off their list. From my experience, and what I can see from many of the other reviews, this place is not legit at all.

Same experience as others. Owner was overall very unpleasant to deal with. Dont bother trying to drop an Amazon printerless return via UPS here. They insist you need to print your own labels, even though its stated otherwise.

Truly poor customer service. I have been here twice for UPS pick up and drop off and had very unpleasant interactions with the individual behind the counter both times. Parcels are piled carelessly around with no apparent organization.

The shop owner was very rude. He kept reprimanding me because I was returning items to Apple in 4 different UPS bags with the same number. I explained to him that this is how Apple instructed me to do the return and the prepaid labels were already printed and sent to me by Apple. He continued being unnecessarily rude demanding that I should put everything in one bag. I left and used the UPS drop-off point in North Road with no issues at all. I reported this shop at UPS. Avoid V.B. Stores!

Before I came to pick up my parcel I read these reviews. I went into the shop with a smile and tried to make it a good experience, but wow yes this guy is just seriously rude and doesn’t give a flying F.

Terrible how this is a ups drop point but the store is hardly open! Terrible.

Hardly any Indian groceries here. When I went to pick my parcel, I was asked by the lady and then the man each twice whether Im at the right shop and if my parcel has arrived, despite showing them the email. Didnt like the not bothered attitude but it is still a convenient place for me to pick and drop off.

Horrendously awful customer service by one individual/shop assistant in particular. I wanted to drop off my parcel for the UPS collection but changed my mind after the uncomfortably poor service I received there. The individual scanned my parcel and asked me to chuck my valuable parcel onto the floor in the corner of the shop quite away from the till/counter, a spot that is just on the shop floor from where anyone visiting the shop can pick up a parcel and leave without being noticed. As advised by the company I was returning the parcel to, I requested the shop assistants signature and date on a spare return label as a proof of postage/drop-off. Since he very rudely refused i asked if i could take a photo of the scanning device but that he refused to that also. I was stunned. He just very rudely continued do you want to leave your parcel on the floor or cancel the service?. I requested his name and the details of his manger but he looked at me in a threatening manner and refused to provide any details. that kind of behaviour made me feel extremely uncomfortable so i wanted to take a photo of his face with an intention to report this individual. When i took my camera out he gave me a furious look and almost reached out angrily over the counter towards my phone. I cancelled the UPS service and reported this store to them. I will be reporting this incident further. I will never return to this store. The incident happened around 6:30pm-7pm on 10th April 2019.

Vb Sons is vb sons..u get pretty much everything under sky in terms of Indian grocery. VB sons could be termed as Harrods for Indian grocery. Parking could be a pain given this store similar to any other vb sons is located right on the high street. The staff is helpful and unless staff at other stores where you woulebe told that everything is on shelf, staff here will go out and help you to locate things. Not everything is cheap but most of the stuff is fresh and cheap. I wouldnt goto vb sons to buy toilet roll.Vegetable and fruits are fresh. I didnt here about many things what i found in vb sons.
