Apartment building, already constructed and old one but nice maintenance,Rents are highs in that area but okay for the rent and maintenance charge.Rent would be 10k+ and maintenance.security is a concern in that area but best service is provided by local police department,Beside the apartment we can see a excise police station but they are not concerned about security.Its very near to Bashayam School, and Narayana college and other localities.
