Worst hospital I ever went to, no experience staff. They dont have proper coordination / communication between them. Admit at your own risk. Dont expected this pathetic experience from the network hospital of reputed Surya global hospitals.

Im very happy to say that my preterm baby is doing good now because of pediatrician and neonatologist (Dr. Sowmya).She took utmost care to my preterm baby of 29weeks and handled all situations from out of our hands to in our hands.She will explain all the details as clear as possible and as understable to the listener with patience.The best example of her caringness is - she is giving all the required support even after discharge from hospital (through message or call in case of any baby issues with out any hesitation )NICU staff also done a great job for my baby,THANK YOU mam for taking better care towards my baby.

Hospital is purely money minded. Doesnot work on first come first serve basis. The receptionists and nurses doesnot give minimum respect to patients. All they want is the get their debts paid asap by colecting extra taxes from patients and is accepted publicly by the receptionist and they donot even mention those in bills. The doctors get more scared by the reports than patients and makethem panic even for small problems. Untill or unless you ask them questions they keep on giving more tests and make money out of it. The doctors who scans for pregnant ladies doenot even have the basic knowledge on what she is doing and in turn asks us questions. The lab technicians are basic juniors and doesnot even answer properly. ****i have even commented the sane twice but instead improving themselves they keep deleting my posts ***

Im sharing my personal experience. Its a commercial hospital.I went to team hospital after having aborted at 5th week on my first pregnancy..Im having abdominal pain along with bleeding..we went there to check up.. They said that surgical cleaning is needed immediately..if not Ill be in serious condition..we were shocked..after I went to rainbow hospital,vijayawada for second opinion immediately.. There the doctor was very normally said no need of surgical cleaning.

My Twin babies were delivered at 32 weeks were, unfortunately one of my twin was very unwell at birth , the doctors struggled to keep him alive he was on a breathing machiene for 4 days and a special chemical given was given into his lungs to make breathe easy. Baby unit was very neat and tidy the nurses were a friendly lot took good care of my babies. Finally both my babies are out of danger I am so So happy to have them both. TEAM-The best hospital for mother and child in Kakinada. Due to hypertension my wife got admitted in team on sep 8th in a very critical condition where in both the mother and child were at risk. Because of the prompt and immediate care taken by the gynaecs, baby has come out in 31 weeks and he was kept in NICU, my wife was treated well and now she is very healthy.My kid, the care and treatment that was given to him were excellent, he was in NICU for 20 days and now he is perfectly Alright. Thank you Karuna Madam, Jyothi madam, Murthy sir, and all the doctors as I dont know your names and especially the nurses of NICU, staff and everyone.

Not recommended at all. Most un hygienic . Very careless. Cost more. Recently one of my relative son has been admitted. Instead of curing it became most complications because of negligence. They spend nearly 5lakh and got nothing. Finally it cost more burden to them to admitte into another hospital. Their pains misarable for the baby they spent.

One of the best hospitals in Kakinada for mother & Child. My baby was born prematurely i.e. 32 weeks only with low weight and since the child was very weak he needed an immediate intensive and personalised medical care keep him healthy to sustain a better life.He was kept in the incubator at their NICU for 54 days in the hospital where Dr. Murthy, Dr. Sowmya and Dr. Sri Sabitha treated my baby so well that I am ever grateful to them and bound to write a few good words in their name.All the doctors took utmost care of my son every now and then and their able and dedicated staff worked day and night to help my child procure good health and enjoy a normal healthy life as any full time new-born baby does.In fact, their diagnosis was impeccable and they have a very thorough, detail oriented and in-depth understanding of the problems of the new born, which is par excellence and also, they are blessed with a great sense of humour, which helps the parents smile even in the worst of the circumstances.The team provided round-the-clock surveillance which is just awesome.May god give them all the strength and vigour to work for this noble human cause and they keep all the children healthy and parents happy always...Once again thanks to all the TEAM Hospital Doctors & staff......

This is one of the good hospital in Kakinada team. Presently my cousin sister is visited regularly chequeup to that hospital. My cousin is pregnant now she is 9 months.She told that all the facilities in their is good and in their doctors and sisters simplicity, keeping cleaness, and way of talking with the patients with lot of patience is really impressed.They given the proper informations as soon as possible and they handle critical situation without effectively. Overall she had very good experience in their. good hospitality extended y all staff members.In that the gynic Doctors are really experienced and the hospital shows the quality of the treatment. This is a new hospital with a good concept but they dont have a experience NICU doctor if you enter here you will be safe but you wont get your baby back they will definitely kill your baby its not only my experience number of people there face same such headache

Worst hospital. Got admitted due to fluid leakage at 29 wks in March and they literally played well and delivered my baby where it can be treated. Worst neonatologist and staff. Theres no NICU experienced staff and nurses and the nurse staff learned with my baby. My baby got almost all veins punctured when we shifted him to Rainbow after 28 days in TEAM.How can a hospital start NICU without trained staff?? God knows what kind of people they are!!. Dr Murthy and Im reluctant to call him a doctor. Theres no particular protocol in treating babies. They do what ever strikes their mind or else they open book in NICU and will go through. Because of the Dr negligence and improper diagnosis and treatment had to shift my baby to Rainbow as he suffered from severe fungal sepsis and PDA(heart) problem which can be treated. Theres no proper hygiene maintained inside the NICU and the staff doesnt even wash their hands while handling the babies. How can one imagine the pain of new parents whose baby got sick and condition got worsened due to their mere negligence. Baby was in NICU for almost 74 days in total from birth. My baby suffered a lot physically. He has to undergo a surgery for heart and treatment for severe sepsis. All because of the Dr negligence and he doesnt even have min concern and played with our emotions.We went through a lot of trauma and torment.Please dont get admitted in TEAM hospital or else admit the babies beacuse it takes a lot to treat the little ones.Cant even imagine the situation.. a baby that too prematurely born and weighing 1.4kg has to go through heart surgery.Hospital infrastructure is good and looks good but a hospital without an experienced Dr is considered as a morgue and excuse me to use this word but I mean it.Even the hospital doesnt have DMHO approval at that time and I dont know whether it got approval now beacuse got my babys birth certificate from their surya global hospital, Madhavapatnam.Who ever go through my review please do share with your friends and family members and let everyone know about the worst hospital and save the little ones.Its my unexplainable experience.
