The teachers are well trained and Each day has a different form of yoga which keeps you always interested. Overall the experience is really great for your mental as well as physical health.

Studio is very small and no ventilation.Teaching is fine.Dificult to do yoga ..Lot of suffocation in the room.. studio ambience may be improved.

Classes are very useful. Stress relief. Weight loss. Breathing control. Voice clear. I am happy with my routine life
