Good but same experience persons.. Explain problem best
Actually twice I went there to buy two new vehicles Ford, one is Figo, another vehicle Eco sport. But unfortunately no one there to help me in the Kakinada show room, and answer my questions. Only one person available both times when I went to the show room, twice they took my phone number, and said they will WhatsApp the vehicles details and also will arrange a test ride, but now nearly one month have passed, till now they didn’t send any information and follow up the customer. I’m very much disappointed with this. But still being a Ford fan I’m giving five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars. Now I booked Hyundai i10 grand nio for my niece instead of Figo, and for myself I’m planning to book Hyundai Alcazar by 26th of July this year instead of Eco Sport. Hope the Ford will rectify their show room maintenance problems.
Response from the dealer and executive seating there was too late and time management is too low, no proper response to phone calls, commitment levels should proper a lot.
This has been the worst delivery experience ever. This is the second ford car in the family. Had i not processed my loan work and transfer the money, I pretty much wanted to cancel the booking and go for a vw. Being second ford in the family I thought we will be treated better. But instead we were treated like as if we are working under them and they are giving the car for free. We had three car deliveries and six motorcycle deliveries for ourselves and I have been to my friends car deliveries as well but this is by far the worst car buying experience anyone can ever have. Being a ford fanboy. Sorry ford your products are awesome but the sales team deserve -10/10.The first car delivery in vizag was a little hiccup too but they made up for it and left us happy. The second one in kakinada was such a nightmare I dont wish anyone should go through this. Atleast an apology would have sufficed instead their arrogance and i still cant forget the arrogant glances of the management.
The place is good. Customer service is good. Only thing is they dont have any petrol vehicles ready for test drive. Even though I wanted a petrol vehicle I had to drive a Diesel vehicle which was actually not a test drive what I wanted. If they improve this, everything will be fine.
