Worst diagnostic scan center in kakinada... Better to do not go to this center..staff is radiclous,rude and careless, very worst behaviour.

I thought to give 4 but bcze of one lady Im just giving 3.. everyone is humble and very caring but there is a lady who calls for next turn was very rude and reckless, remaining were very good.. center was very neat and hygienic

I went along with my mother for various veins Doppler scan. I paid for Rs4000 and they suggested me to take scan it may take time better you can go to your home, we will call when we are free time, according to their suggestions i went to my home. I have received call from lab at 4.10pm for come scan. We went to lab at 4.25pm and waited for 2.30hr to take inside the scan room.You can understand the responsibility of this center.Please better dont prefer this Diagnostic center in kakinada.

Worst diagnostic scan center in kakinada... Better to do not go to this center...No waiting hall there staff is radiclous,rude and careless..if you go there u need to be prepared for standing 3-4hours...No proper update y the doctors preferred this center I dont know 😭😭😭

I don’t know why Drs refer these guys. They don’t care our lunch time but their only. No proper information about time it takes. We wait wait wait until they bless us.

Recieving from the starting point of the door...staff was so good nd polite...though I went for scan on Sunday,no staff took leave....and was super neat nd clean..goodi informationis fiven in the phn cal also..all staff were wearing masks and awaring people to maitain social distance....will recommend all to go to Mamatha scan centre ..

Worst diagnosis centre...during Covid also no social distance..no proper cleaning...no proper maintenance...no parking place..they are very rude wont respond properly...too much waiting time...

One of the best scanning and X-ray centre in KAKINADA.. little bit difficult to identify as it is not on main road, still staff is polite youll get reports early, wash room facility available.., tests are at affordable price.. only scanning centre that opens all days even on sundays.. in kakinada

Women Patients privacy is not there scanning and all tests by gents, its a worst scaning centre

The staff is polite. The privacy of the patient is given least preference. In the scanning place there would be a bunch of staff 6-8 minimum. There is no proper guidance. They are practicing on patients by initially taking a scan with a Technician and then with a specialised MD.Sad part is when these things are being given as feedback, they are not ready to listen.Address is changed but its in the same lane.
