Clove dental kakinada is a very nice place to get dental treatments done. Very good ambience, doctors are very polite and they explain us about the treatment with a lot of patience especially doctor sailaja Garu. Madam explained us about my dental problem and the future complications if treatment is not done at that time. She has a very good knowledge about every treatment and is very humble person. Hi Im Murthy Ramayanam. Dr. Sailaja treated me well. She understood my case issue from Pune doctors and continued resolving my Issue. Doctor is very enthusiastic about her work. Doctor has done all procedures to my treatment in timely manner perfectly and Im eating from treated side nicely :) . Doctor has assisted me on further cap maintenance etc., Appointments are also well fixed based on our convenience. Thank you Dr. Sailaja mam.Some negatives are:Im rating 4 start because, fed up with Kakinada staff as:1. they doesnt pick up calls, they might say they will call back but they dont as well.2. the staff talks trickily if you are not intelligent that can be related to:a. manipulating orb. warranty orc. case transition ord. making u wait in lobby for 30mins(even though appointment done) ore. try to charge money even though u paid for yearly subscription etc.,,Each one of above is happened to me only once. But if we do not ask them or take customer support help it will be a big loss.This made me feel like giving them 1 star at one point of time.

Was confused regarding the process, the staff are cool and polite. Will guide you through out the time of your stay. Doctor explains you lot of things about your teeth. Mostly as he later wants to upsell you to a treatment.However, it is hard to find someone in Kakinada to explain you everything clearly with lot of patience.

I visited the hospital for pain in my lower teeth. i was explained about root canal treatment and cap for the teeth. i got treatment done and the pain is relieved .i was worried initially about the treatment but now i am pain free. thanks to clove team . Thanks to Dr.Sailaja for explaining me patiently about all the treatments. i would love to recommend to my friends and family.

The service provided by the clove dental clinic is not at all good, there are no professional doctors even. They didnt even explain the problem correctly and they are handling the patients very rash. They dont even no how to take an X ray.I went to check up for one teeth and they were like 8 of your tooth is spoiled and fillings has to be done and the charge is like 30,000 Rs which is very huge.I discussed this with my friend regarding the whole situation and she suggested me an other doctor for consultion. He said that all your other teeth is good except one teeth and that has to undergo root canal treatment and the charge is 5000 Rs with the crown cap.My suggestion is to consult an experienced MDS doctor. Dont go for brand.. Check twice before taking any decision.

Root canal failed showing x rays but pain coming i said ...After few days teeth broken ...Now pain has been starts ....worest work...Money is too much high compression to others

They charged me consultation fees just to tell me that the equipment to do xray is not available . If they don’t have the required equipment to check, how can they diagnose the issue ? I have a 7 years association with clove dental and I am not going back again.
