Sales management Good, but after sales service management zero. Not respond well service side people, behaviour also bad from security to mechanical engineer. Per day 20 to 25 bikes only come out with servicing. Balance bikes next day delivery.

I liked going to this place and the customer reception is good. Only thing is this place can be maintained much cleanly. Located in easily identifiable place. The vehicle variants are also good and had more enough stock as per the supply and demand.

-5* would be the best review. Only reason being Bajaj not so popular in Kakinada despite of brand is the worst service. My bike is at the service for 2 days for general service and they call you stating service is complete and when you are waiting they do the water service and all. Been at service center after 1 hr of call and waiting for another 2 hours for the delivery. And even the service is not proper. I regret servicing my bike !It is not just to me all the customers are facing the similar issues. For people who are not quite educated are told one day to get invoice copy and next day to take delivery.Just think before you get yours

I serviced my NS200 here week back. Service Workshop is big enough to do 8 bikes at a time. My mechanic was good enough to take care of minor issues and diagnosed the liquid leak due to heavy greasing to chain gear. If you are not satisfied with service take it back and they dont hesitate to check even on a busy day. your satisfaction is more important for the team. Good job there. Attached a sample of internal part of my bike where it was not cleaned properly by the washing department. Later the mechanic took care of it with diesel wash to that area and water washed again. Nice work!Customer waiting room should be maintained well. They lost that 1 star there. Not so hygiene, will attach a sample of the fan condition. No AC nor fan works properly.

One of the biggest bajaj bike seller in kakinada... But be aware with servicing... They loot your money without proper information or bill.I found that consumer rights are killing in service department.

If you want to buy a bike, its ok the service is great. But if youre there to get your vehicle serviced, its chaos. They dont have proper parking where you can keep your bike to get it checked before taking in for service. Keeping the parking aside, the service is usually quick and bang on..

Showroom s good. But there a issue with servicing . We go and stand there by 9 and we get no,s in ascending order . The guys who attend the bike are not sufficient . There is only one guy and he only has to test drive every bike. So untill the first one completes we have to wait for our no . Which is time consuming. Provide more experts so that customers time can be saved .
