Bad Bad Bad!The KFC standards are tampered in this place. KFC Food has always been great place to eat. But the whole place is smelling very bad and they are serving spoiled chicken.The only thing that is edible in the entire meal were the drinks!I hope someone is reading this!

Wonderful as usual. The best chicken for my KG. Will visit again. In the recent days they are giving less sause and dips. Request then to provide more sause packets without which it doesnt taste good.

Worst dine in place and straws for the drinks are not provided to us who came before and said that they were finished but gave to the people who came after us...We ordered double down burger combo and other 3 double down burgers and cokes too even after completing everything also we did not get our fries we waited there for so long but we did not get even while we are coming out no one asked us for them but even though they are in less quantity we are paying for them too...The ordered cannot be cancelled coz we got the other things yet we paid for them.Being a corporate companies and not giving such a small things is so disappointing.Small business owners are giving everything more than enough and we bargain there..Added the proof too..Thank you

The most worst dine in place Ive ever seen in kakinada. Most annoying staff ever. No proper maintenance. These guys are just rounding off my bill and they are not even giving the change back. Adding extra mayonnaise without informing me n they just gave me extra mayonnaise worth 200rs. No maintenance of social distancing. No que nothing. I would have given 0 star rating if possible. Even the food is disgusting here. This outlet is just ruining the brand value.

KFC is as always finger licking good. It’s stands no one In fried chicken in kakinada. But the staff are not much qualified.Please keep it mind when you order any combos for takeaway Drinks are not given for takeaway. They say that plastic caps are banned. But it would be good if they put a small notice. Or they can give bottles instead of glasses. When I asked for substitute they’ve given me medium popcorn. It’s some what annoying experience especially when other customers are watching the seen.I chose to give them 5 star for the taste of the food.

They are not draining the oil from the chicken. At starting we can enjoy the food but the taste wont last much.. better go to some localz restaurants than going to kfc

KFC in this mall or very spacious and ambience is very good. Taste is same in all KFCs but here the experience is little bit nicer. Personally I started avoiding chicken. So dont recommend to go for non- veg at such prices.

Good testy food stuff maintain Covid protocol. but customers not following SMS Covid protocol overcrowded in pick time. Suggested to take away until Covid case below 1%

Nice Mall, visited BBQ nation and it was too good.. liked good, ambience and gesture..Nice place to hangout with family and no games for kids at funplace it was waste of money..

Just like any other KFC. Noticed staff negligence in customer reception. Had to adjust in a table with leftovers of previous customers, no one took charge to clear them off the table.

My friend sai rahul living legend taken me into kfc and placed zinger burger..... Simply it is not and burger... Just un roasted bread with raw chicken.....

Not like other KFC. My experience is really bad with this branch. The chicken was not tasty and on the pieces you can see much oil as well.

They charged me for dips. But on the display screen it was mentioned as part of the bucket. Also I asked for normal drinking water and they said it is not available.But on counter they have a caption drinking water is free and available on the request basis. The people over the counter were not so welcoming. I had been to many KFC accross Bangalore , Hyderabad but this one is the worst experience I had. Also felt the food taste is average.

Today ordered Big 8 in kfc kakinada. the actual price is Rs 535. where as it shows in online it is Rs449. long advertisememts and hidden charges, please dont be crazy about online rates. check once at shop. a very bad experience

Finally a KFC outlet in East Godavari opened Recently In the SRMT Mall Located Next to Food Court as its new and only own KFC outlet it mostly crowded on evenings and weekends menu is normal KFC and Taste too, Helpful staff as its not that big place it fills up fastly still u can sit in food court section which is next to KFC, Food is Good as usual KFC I ordered Chicken Zinger Combo chicken it in slightly over cooked its tastes like a toast besides that every thing is good

Terrible experience. I have visited this place to purchase zinger box. I have waited for 6 minutes approximately. Every staff saw that I am waiting for the billing. Despite that no body has ever responded to take the order. Unprofessional staff sucks this store. They dont even know how to greet a customer. Management, its time to evaluate your staff behaviours and receiving patterns.

Quality and service both are terrible at this place. KFC s iconic hot and crispy is too oily and non eatable. Other items are eaither mostly out of stock or time taking (approx- 1 hr). Only 1 order counter is open for taking order. Staff service is also not up to the mark. Kinda ruins the experience. Not recommended at all.

KFC is awesome they are maintaining the hygiene level so great people are wearing mask and doing work well coocked food they give

Though it is located in a a shopping complex, the staff in here are little unfriendly to the customers. They didnt even have AC turned on in this summer time. I had to collect my food and come out to the common dining area to eat the food.
