Worst Broadband in Kadapa. Please dont take this. I am begging you... If you take this you will get frustrated with the issues. Definitely there will be issue atleast two days in every week. In weekends you wont get net at all. I think they are deliberately do that in weekends worst thing from them.. If you want new broadband kindly dont take Net9 I am requesting you again. Kindly go with other broadband other than Net9. Even I am planing to discontinue this and trying to switch to another broadband. And one more worst thing is the cost is very high for just 8 MBPS my friends in other districts are laughing on me when I say cost for just 8 MBPS. In one word this broadband is very worst and not worthy for money

Speed , price & installation are good.But there are connection issues for every 10 days and the response is damn slow for the recovery. Recently I went without internet for almost 2 days.

Worst ever. No one at least responds properly. Everyday I call them at least twice during my office hours. Whenever I call, they will be having lunch (even in the evenings). They dont even bother to respond. If someone takes up this network, they end up being the ultimate losers.

Worst network and not at all value for your money.After taking the connection you will end up in Calling them minimum 3-4 times daily. Their customer care common answer is we will send the technician but you will never see him except for bill collection. Poor and pathetic service. If you want to take it for WFH purpose then please avoid opting this and look for alternative network. If you take the connection then your frequent caller list will be updated with net9 customer care number. Feel free to add if anyone faced the similar issues.

Worst service provider. Half of the day I get no internet. I keep calling the technicians more than my office calls. They say all kind of reasons but they dont set it right quickly. There is an outage of 4 hrs per day unfortunately during office hours. I badly request @Jio and @airtel to extend their fibres to my area (Bhagyanagar colony).

I have been using this from 6 months always face problems with poor network connectivity need to call more than 3 times a week some some issue.with the amount they charger we can no where relate there services.

I just dont understand their pblm, i need to login like every hour and connection wouldnt be availablr for a day or 2 in every 15 days, whenever i call them they respond spontaneously only good thing about them, but they really need to improve their connectivity and tethering issues, most importantly they need to resolve issues ASAP, like now (20/2/2020) wifi is connecting and internet available for a minute and data will be off for half on hour or so and even though it connects and data present will not have surfable speed, its happening since 2 days or so now still they have not resolved it, if pblm happens and u cant solve it soon whats the point in resolving it, i m thinking of shifting to another provider.

They have hidden charges more than you can imagine.

Im customer of this broadband service since 2016 February. I neve faced any problems regarding service and internet connection. They keep on changing the plans and prices to give best internet facility to the customers. I always used to pay my bill between 10th and 20th of every month but they never disconnected internet service for late payments. I lLike their customer service a lot. Whenever I call, service persons will come within one hour and will rectify problem. I will 100/100 for their services. Thanks to net9 management for giving me best internet facility. Thanks a lot.
