Worst service... They will not send courier to the address, instead of that they will ask us to come and collect from the office. We have paid money for delivering the courier to the stated address but here it is not happening. Why DTDC is encouraging this kind of branches because they are charging high money for courier. Service is not at all acceptable.

DTDC is brand famous for couriers.It will cost u around 2000-3000 for a 3kg parcel. Well maintained place and small area . Person is strictly confidential

They do not even deserve single star, they do not deliver to the designated address even if it is in municipal limits of the Kadapa town. They call us to come and collect the parcel. I will never use their service in future.

The courier service wont deliver to beside Aditya kalyanamandam kadapa, eventhough its prime location. They told they were not going to home deliver to that location. My suggestion if you are unable to home delivery better to tell in the source location, that the item is not to be home delviered so they can choose other services. Thanks

Worst service...from Hyd..parcel reached kadapa franchise..and then kadapa franchise vanished my parcel..its been 25 days that parcel is out for delivery and nobody delivers it...its out somewhere..dont go to DTDC..this is my second experience. 1st time I thought its ohk mistakes happens..but second time intolerable...

This is worst DTDC courier service provider.Courier are mean to be delivered at customer doorstep not to collect it from their Office .This second instance people calling to collect it from their office if not it will be returned back after charging customer and not providing servicesThey call customers to collect it from their office stating they have service only for 1KM from the office location.Hope you can justify the standards of this courier.I would suggest to please stay away from this courier.

One of the best service provider in Kadapa. I always prefer DTDC than any other serviceAlthough it is good some times it took too long to deliver order.Delivery is good if get shipment from Amazon or Flipkart or any other online shopping sites.I received order with in a hour after reaching the DTDC hub. I have never seen this type of courier service i am calling to this courier guys and they told me today Sunday not possible to delivery i am requesting to them i need urgent this shipment even i am requesting to them i can collect my parcel self but they are refused to deliver.

Worst service, I faced in my life after being paid 300 rupees for PLUS speed category which needs to be delivered in a 24 hr delivery, still it is in kadapa now, booked here on 5th Nov 2019 and today it is 7th Nov 2019 still in kadapa

Worst attitude calling and asking to collect or it will be sent back . Especially DTDC near Kadapa RTC bustand opposite to Theja petrol pump, that fellow very and very recles fellow he is argumenting to deliver we will not be paid what we get we get on bookings..If they cant do home dispatch then why should they open collection points, at destination it will not dispatched correct?
