This area and layout was decent and good greenary and lot of trees.During rainy days, the water outflow was bad and stagnation causes dirty and inconvenience.The Level of ground water is less and will impact huge in future.

I was looking for an apartment for rent. But the rent is high. Nearby there are other apartments like sowparnika ananda where you can get a better apartment for same rent.

This is big gated community in and around SOMPURA. The new and hot destination of your new home.

Right now most of the area is under development. 5 years down the line i fear it will be a mess like marathalli as there is no xo concept of planning public infrastructure mainly sewage and fresh water outside the area gate . None of the apartment in this complex have STP sewage water treatment. They are just leaving waste water to a storm drain which eventually goes to some lake on the opposite side of the road.

Nice residential complex. So many good buildings are there. I liked mostly Trinity Golden Era building inside the complex as it has its own garden.

Good place. But you wont get proper cell tower inside the house. Jio zero coverage inside. Only in terrace u will get tower. Vodafone bit better. U can make call but not internet

Street lights are not available on roads. This area is still developing area, although new upcoming shops, grocery marts are coming soon . This place will be in-demand in near future.If you like fully resident area then this area is a good start, free from Pollution..A must visit area who loves peace, and noise pollution..

Very good place within Trinity complex lot of builders are constucted the appartments.. place is full of greenery and very near to bus stop and lot of bus facility to this area ... There are many ready to move in and under construction buildings are available for booking.. I purchased the flat here in last August 2018

I think there should be some light in the entrance and inside should ha e proper road.

Local builders have developed. but no proper gated colony. one land has been sold out to many builders ans then they are selling hy making small flats.

Its a pathatic housing complex. There is no proper road inside the apartment complex. You get basic amenities like security, lift, power backup.

No watchmen is there anyone can enter, roads are not good in rainy season.

Roads and street lights are not good... Drainage over flowing and when it rains heavily.. We cant even think of walking such bad mud roads..

Trafic is little bit less and it was an improving area Road construction is going on and nessary things are easy available till 10 PM

Trinity complex is really big and occupy several group of apartments. It accomodates 500 plus flats. All types of flats like 3bhk, 2bhk, 1bhk flats are available here. People living here are very supportive and are from different parts of INDIA.

Apartment is fine but the location is not good. It seems like it is at the border of bangalore.There is only super market near by(more than 1 km) so if it dont get whatever you are looking for then you have to travel far.Trinity complex is located far from city and travelling to the place at night didnt felt safe.There is a villege near by where you can buy cheap veggies also chicken at cheaper rate but booz will be more than mrp always.Why should you live here? Ans: If you are a bachelor want to live other bachelors (and all have vehicle) then it is good place because rent is low.Who should not live here? Ans: People with family, and girls becuse I dont think it is safe.
