IGNOU service is very poor.I have send my assignment via courier.they accepted but Didnt see the usage open for a year and when I complained, my result was stopped.

Regional center should be near to either bus stand or railway station. It is difficult to search out the route.

IGNOU Raipur regional centre.IGNOU is the best open University of India, you can take admission in any courses as per your requirement, they have wide range of certificate to Phd courses.

The ignou Regional Center is far from the city but can be easily reached. Staff have a good behaviour, you can easily get information from your course.

Staff have a good behavior when you reach there,but they never pick the call especially for candidate like me has to travel 5 hour just to ask a single query,its very disappointing,

Due to covid, experience was not so good.

The complex is situated away from the city life. The progress in the area is pretty good. It is not a wheelchair accessible area. Vegetable sellers can be seen here in daily market.The complex has a parking structure which is free.The place has security. One can get the admission form from first floor.

Situated in Kachana, the place is hidden from the crowd now. The road to this place is not much crowded and you can reach here in just 25 minutes from the main city. Many buildings are being constructed near it so you will be seeing the population shift in near future. Vegetable market is available near this place.

Not much information available for students

University located at good place out of city but need some infrastructure work also the university is not properly managed need some work

Staff behaves good

The place functions like a lethargic govt office oft depicted in movies and books...the phone is rarely if ever answered, the staff either isnt well informed or lacks the zeel to help. Need to coax info from them. On the afternoon that I had visited the place, there was just one person manning the entire main office. No one was in the accounts section or any section for that matter. Maybe it was an off or odd hour for them OR maybe the workload has drastically shrinked due to everything being made online OR maybe it was off-season. Anyway...the place is a bit far from the city, is not wheelchair friendly, is safe, there is a parking space and snacks shops are available nearby.

The staff is friendly and the works are done promptly.
