Looting money in the name of service charge which they dnt inform before. very dirty rooms. per day charge rs 500 for `1 or 2 days. No maintenance at all.. water running out complaints. mosquito nets full of holes and cant sleep. Looting money with small advance and very bad facilities provided. never stay in such place dear friends.

FYI: Now it is a gents pg (without food). Monthly Room rent Rs.4000 + 500(advance) + 500(maintenance) + 100(cot) + Current charge (10/unit). No maintenance...

Bad house keeping. Food is not healthy. Its house of gaint rats. Pest control is very bad, full of mosquitoes.
