Employees, are not treated as good. They are not response to the employees and clients also. clients are not satisfied,because of their worst service. Always they reduce our salary. Once they got amount from client, after that they are not attend the clients call. very very worst service, Actually this is not a office, this is a house. Bad environment. If they need amount, they deduct from our salary. very very bad. cheap company. Worst place, so dont go. Dont waste your time, energy, money and knowledge. The Worse, horrible, and a good example for a bad company!I worked at SM infotech (Less than a year)I read below reviews. They had mentioned SM infotech is a 11 years reputation company, very bad. Then why, SM infotech manager went to police station regarding about salary issue. The manager asked the identity of the below reviewers, Here i am asking to manager, Are you running your company with terms and conditions? Can you show me your identity?ProsNothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities.Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management. Especially the Manager and HR.No proper work and need to work as slave.ConsNobody followed professional ethics. Manager is not behave like a professional guy, he will talk like uneducated fellow.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership. They are not giving proper salary to their employee in on time. They will reduce some bit of salary every month with improper reason.Advice to ManagementDont get fooled by the reviews here.
