Gawar, badtameez or unprofessional log jinhe kaam karne me aalas aata hai. As DTDC doesnt provide any customer care helpline contact number on the official website, I went to enquire about details of my courier, which shows out for delivery for 2 days but not delivered. Instead of helping out in giving a contact number they are ready to fight on pressing that please go and talk to the office where you have dropped the courier. I appreciate how he explained the destination location shows different from the delivery address. But when asking about the contact number or some link to get directly in you h with them.. All you here, inhe samjha do mere Bas ki nhi hai.. Sale kursi garam karne ko baithe hai.. Even after all this melodrama they gave number through which I got one more number.. And most of time, either the number was not viable or not working.. Before you decide to choose DTDC, consider the case what happens if it the package is not delivered, how will you be ale to track the issue. As they do not have that work chain in there system.. #nodtdc for rest of my life..
