Place has lost all its good grooming staff. Went to drop off my dog and two girls (who could use a groom themselves) were literally sitting around doing nothing and did not offer to check me in. I sat there for almost 10 min. I heard the groomer in the back say she can wait yeah I dont think so. Needless to say they have lost my business. Clean up your grooming staff....soooo downhill

Good place to shop for pet supplies they are just lazy as hell it takes so long to get help for 🐟 they lazy as hell the wait time is at least 15 mins or more im sick of it get help or better employees that can be more helpful to customers they just stand around and fi nothing.

I go to Banfield Vet that is located there. Be prepared to be there for awhile always I like the vet but they need to be on time. Store is a little messy with only cashiers no help in store

My husband dropped off my dog for his grooming appointment. They told him to bring him to the back . They mistaked him for the wrong Dog. No one knows what they are doing and what is going on. The grooming station sent him to Banfield and they should never have accepted him in the back once they pulled up his info. We got the phone call from the groomers asking if we missed our appointment and they told us we need to call Banfield immediately because they didnt know what they were doing with our dog.

Super attentive and pet friendly staff. They greet you at the door and periodically check in with you to make sure you are able to find everything you need. My puppy and I go here at least once a week. They always give her delicious chicken treats 😋

Staff is very friendly, and always willing to help you. Store is clean and well stocked. The only down side is their high prices. If not for that, I would shop there more often as I have 14 rescue animals.

My appointment was for 12:30pm and when I arrived to pick my shih tzu up at 4:30, he was completely shaved and his face was not trimmed properly..The groomers were new and they were not as friendly as previous groomers..I may not return after 4 years of service with Petsmart. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Expensive vaccinations. They quoted me $220. I made an appointment thinking I had no other options but found a place called Vet Wellcare right next door that quoted me $105 for an exam, blood tests, and vaccinations. Tried to call PetSmart back to let them know I had found something else but they put me on hold for 10+ minutes 🙄

Love the store. I do work for petsmart. We are very loving place for pets and pet parents. We care and we alwas show it in everything we do. 😁😇

Staff was amazing! Extremely patient and understanding with my dog. She is extremely shy in new surroundings and does not always take well to new people. The staff made her extremely comfortable, she even offered up some kisses. I was shocked as she has NEVER done this. I will definitely be going back.

Good variety of food and pet supplies at decent prices. Great Veterinarian (Banfield Pet Hospital) located in the back of store, that’s what brings me in and browse while waiting. Usually have great clearance selection

We adopted the kitty of our dreams here! The staff was so incredibly helpful, especially Kayla. I can’t say enough good things about her. We drove about 30 minutes from north Stuart, and it was definitely obvious to us that the staff loved the animals and cared that they find a good forever home. Best pet store I’ve been to by far.

Got a couple of schooling fish here a few weeks ago. They died within 3-4 days but I left them in the store bag way too long so I am certain it was MY fault. Have bought several fish here with good fortune and 2 snakes several years ago that have been nothing but awesome ever since they joined my funnyfarm. Prices are ok/fair for a brick and morter biz AND they price match Chewy.com as an added bonus. Solid store IMO

I really think petsmart needs to get on board with putting their bettas in better tanks. The tiny cups should not suffice anymore. The misinformation out there about bettas is horrible. And they all develop fin rot from the ammonia built up. You could even make a prettier display with 1 gallon long tanks or something. Some other areas of the country have caught up with that.. I think it’s time petsmart does. Not trying to signal out this store but you’d get credit if you were the first to do it! Oh wait.. just saw another review about a employee giving bad advice to a new betta owner. Please have your fish keepers read up on proper betta care. There’s so many Facebook groups out there to learn too. Thanks!

Came for prescription dog food at 7PM on Sunday and doors were locked. I got the Im sorry shrug from one of the associates after I flashed my prescription card from the window. I understand we all want to go home on Sunday on the dot, but customer service and doing the right thing is always important. The stores automated phone system stated that the store already was closed at 6:55PM. I would never push away a customer because of a few seconds. Will be reaching out to corporate.

Always very very happy with this PetSmart. I recently got a kitten and every time I go in there with him the employees always want to see him. Even when I dont bring him the ladies ask about him and how he is doing. Someone always offers assistance with what I need and walk me to the item when they can. Weve taken the kitten to the veterinarian at the location and are happy with the way it was handled.

My puppy can come to the store with me and help pick out her new toys and treats. Glad to have a pet friendly store for her to be able to get out of the house too.

I bought a betta fish the other day and while I was there I asked what kind of water they need to be in. I was trying to buy supplies to set up a small aquarium for my fish. I was also very inexperienced so I asked a lot of questions. She said Oh, just put it in distilled water. thats all. Well it didnt work out for my little fIshy. Dead within the day. 👎🏼🐟🚽

Found some good sales. Unfortunately, they didnt have many bags of old mother Hubbard dog treats. Instead of getting the usual large bags, I had to settle for the 20 ounce bags. They were buy 2, get one free.

I really did like their grooming services at first, affordable, super sweet, friendly and they loved Xerxes. But the last time I went, I spent around 58$ (Plus tip) for wash & blow dry (I brought my own shampoo and conditioner), nails, and ear cleaning. He came out damp and his nails were absolutely not done, yet I was charged for it. I know it was the end of her shift, and I was a little late, but I took him to another PetSmart this evening (as they were already touching the ground even though it was just 2 weeks ago!) and she did them within 4 minutes, there was a very clear difference from when I picked him up from this location - when I picked him up from here they weren’t rounded off at all, there wasn’t any evidence of grinding (lighter edges) and looked exactly the same as when I brought him in, but I simply thought “I guess they were long?” And even more frustrating, she wrote in the notes that they “were long but she got them as short as she could” which hurts even more, because that was clearly an outright lie to manipulate me. I get his nails done every 2-3 weeks, this dog is my life - I know they weren’t “long” and I surely never have them touching the ground. Perhaps she forgot, perhaps she was having a bad day and needed to get home but as 23 year old student - every dollar I spend means something. I will not be taking him there again.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at my local PetSmart. Added bonus, they frequently do charity drives. Love this store.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. The grooming salon is horrible. The lady Kaitlyn B is so nasty she should not be working with people or animals. Since when does it take 4 hours to cut a dog. They make appointments they should stick to it. I will never put my dog through that again. Again do not go there.

This pet smart makes everyone feel welcome from the time you step through the doors, until the time you leave.

Fairly clean. Groomers are usually playing on their phones. One of them she has face piercings and green colored hair I over heard complaining about some of the customers.The cashier staff are very pleasant tho.

Best prices around for pet food. I will go to the other local store and petco but usually just for a brand that Petsmart doesnt have however they all the major brands and the prices are definitely less than the other stores.I havent used it yet but you can buy online and pick up in store to save an additional 5%. The last time I went I had over $20 in savings and coupons on a $96 bill. Always check to see if they have an online special going which can save you $20 on $100. And they accept all competitors coupons if they are printed and not expired.

Decent PetSmart at a good location.This PetSmart is smaller compared to other PetSmart stores. Its kinda like a Neighbor Walmart. Small, they have brands but they dont sell everything like a Super Walmart.Note: If they dont sell a specific brand of items that you want, you can have your items shipped to this store for free and pick them up.I didnt use the Groomers or the Pet Veterinary so I cant write a review about that at the moment.As a plus, this PetSmart is right next to a Publix if you ever are getting your Pet groomed, you can run errands nearby and by the time you come back the groomer is done.

I should be rating this store a 1 star based on how disrespected I felt by the manager. My husband and I visit this location maybe once a month. Last month we ended up seeing a little black kitten in the window that we fell in love with. After talking to the employee we decided to put a hold on getting her because our current living situation wasnt ideal for her and we figured shed have better luck at a quieter home so we left without her. We have been thinking about her ever since and our living arrangements are changing soon so we have been putting serious thought into giving her if she didnt get adopted soon. We ended up stopping in today and she was still there. We ended up asking an employee some questions about fostering and we decided to get in contact with the adoption agency that she came from who we happen to know very well. Well apparently while we were in the room talking to the employee the manager decided to go around telling his employees to not let us see the cat any more because we saw her last time we were there and hadnt adopted her yet. As if making this serious life decision was on his time. Luckily my husband didnt aware me of what was said until after we left but I am very upset with how the manager felt some hostility towards my husband adopting this poor shy kitty who clearly has been having trouble getting adopted. The manager needs a serious attitude adjustment. Ill definitely be mentioning this to furry friends. What kind of person stops a kitten from being adopted ?!

I’ve been to countless Petsmarts all over the nation and I’ve never had a bad experience in any way but today’s visit at this particular location was exceptional. Every employee was happy, social, and very helpful. I even had a really complicated return for which I had lost the receipt (flew out of my convertible lol) and it was for Halloween costumes which are now on clearance and probably cost a quarter of what I originally paid for them. I immediately called the original location where I made that purchase (Palm Beach lakes) and they made it seem hopeless even with my pet perks phone number. Although they were nice about it I was just disappointed that there wasn’t more effort in resolving my problem. I was prepared for the worst I had my transaction number from my Amex and even had a picture of every item that I purchased that day. Today I happened to be in Jupiter and had the returns with me so I took a chance on this location and sure enough they were able to pull up the entire transaction and refund me the exact amount. The young lady that helped me was amazing I wish I got her name so I could inform the company about her excellent service. She even gave me a detailed explanation about their friends and family sale. I then got trapped there because of a crazy rainstorm so I proceeded to shop and speak to several employees about all kinds of things and had a great time doing so. I live on Singer Island so this is not the closest location to me but definitely worth the extra time to shop here from now on. Sorry for the long and annoyingly detailed review but my experience today was definitely worth sharing.

I had an appt to get my dog groomed. After check in I had to stand with my 14yr old dog for 30mins before they took her. My dog is shaking and nervous and it doesn’t help when the staff could care less.

Great service; cashier knew my prescription dog food was cheaper online (I had no idea) so she told me and adjusted the price without me even asking.

Negative 10 STARS!!DO NOT use their grooming services. 1st puppy trim at 4 mos old was ok, actually very thorough and the groomer was so nice and patient with my wiggly puppy it was cut a bit too close around face and they cut his bangs too short (again, wiggly puppy) but it grew back so I tried a 2nd puppy trim at 5 mos and the nice helpful knowledable patient groomer no longer works there and they assign someone new. They say 3-4 hours and call me back to say my puppy is done maybe an hour and a half later. I pick him up (had given him a puppy calm treat this time so he wasn’t wiggly) and she (the groomer) tells me his eye was irritated due to gunk and tears and she couldn’t get near his eyes trimmed completely. (Just a note that I clean his eyes daily and had done so prev to dropping him off that day), and I notice after leaving the store that he has a raw scrape on the left side of the bridge of his nose near his eye that she is saying is irritation and is actually open raw scraped skin. Also after leaving I notice at home when putting neosporin on his scrape that his ears are not cleaned and the hair in the ear not removed. So then I check his nails (trimmed), pads (hair in betweennot even slightly trimmed), under carriage (still fully fluffy and untrimmed), and back end under his tail (also not touched or trimmed) WTAF??? Ok, I know it’s a puppy trim and not a full cut but seriously? All those things are included in a puppy trim. It’s not about the cost but the service and the guarantee and how your puppy is treated. (Did i mention they forgot to put his collar back on and he wears both a harness and collar with his tags attached? Yeah they forgot that) so now they are closing when I called about this and the collar.So, 11ish next morning I go Back in to the store. Manager recognizes me and says oh, I’ll get your puppy’s collar for you. I say, wait, that’s not all and start showing him all (prev noted) issues. He says that’s why there’s a satisfaction guarantee. Brings out the same inept groomer who tells me now he was wiggly and it’s not a scrape and she uses a 10 blade guard not a 40 like the prev groomer that’s why his pads don’t look trimmed etc. she takes my puppy and says she’ll fix his cut while we wait. She doesn’t pull the hair in his ears but wipes the wax out, didn’t trim his pads, barely paaaws over his under carriage and does 2-3 big swipes over his butt hole leaving a big square patch. She pages us in the store where they asked us to wait less than 10 min after she took him and goes “all fixed”. Are you fricken seriously kidding me?!?!!!!?Never ever ever go to this grooming salon. I will def never return. What a huge miss and an even bigger incompetent mess. Protect your dogs from this place. Seriously! My poor little pup will be going to a gentle groomer that actually cares.

Normally I pay around 47 dollars for 17 lbs if prescription Royal Canin soy protein dry dog food. We paid over 90 dollars here! (98 total with tax) shame on you!

I went this am to buy some reptile food. I whispered to a clerk (walking away) if I could get some assistance (this is my first time in the store) and told her what I wanted. She said she did not know so she walked me to another clerk in the fish section. That clerk also said she did not know and said we needed to find a manager. While they were doing that, I found the food I wanted. When I checked out, I noticed a sign mentioning a dog adoption period. I asked the check out clerk (not either of the first 2) when there might be one, and she said she did not know. She asked someone nearby and that person provided the information.

Make sure you check your receipt to be sure you dont get charged twice for one item like I did.
