There were 4 employees. One helped me with my order and the other one gave me my order even addressed me by name. I was in and out pretty quickly.

The employees are wonderful! However, the mobile orders have not been satisfactory lately. The wait time is too long.

I ordered a Tall and a grande caramel macchiato and my tall coffee was only 1/4 of the cup full while the grande was half full. Not the first time its happened definitely not going back.

Fast, friendly, reliable, and they learn your name fast! Plus, they remember it! Great atmosphere (albeit a bit upscale at times) as well. Cordial customers and staff, and conveniently located.

I always enjoy a vist to this location. The staff and manager are great. The people that stop in are very nice too... One lady bought my 4yr old a Christmas cookie. I go to work on the computer or just take a short break. Nice spot been going for a few years.

Love Starbucks. ☕ Make sure you keep your receipt. If you dont specifically asked for what you want they assume for you. I had incorrect order on more than three occasions. I blame me, not the staff. Staff is always fast and friendly...even under high pressure.

I have to say that the service was fantastic, and the breakfast sandwich was so delicious. The lounge area was very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. I love the old style music with Frank Sinatra, my granddaughter and I had a beautiful day there. I plan on being there at least once a month for our granddaughter and grandmother day out.

Such a wonderful store and great service! You’re always greeted with a smile and the drinks are made so fast and to perfection, the lady at the register, Jeanne, was super nice and when I was a penny short she just gave my order to me so I wouldn’t have to go out in the rain. (I ran back to pay her don’t worry!) Everyone that works here is always amazing, definitely my go to Starbucks and should be yours too.

Its STARBUCKS...what can you say. It is a nice location with excellent service. They get your order right and make you feel welcomed.The only challenge that exists is due to the parking lot of the plaza... Crazy busy.

I went there this morning at 9:30 to get a couple drinks and sandwiches for my family and it took them AN HOUR to get everything for me... sure they were busy but that’s no excuse for how long I waited and I was in a hurry to be somewhere and they made me 45 minutes late for an important event... and of course, when I get in the car, I didn’t even get the oatmeal I ordered and paid for, my 2 sandwiches were completely wrong, and I waited an hour for the worst service of my life...

My go to place when Im in the area. I can always get a good cup of joe here.

Great place with nice, comfy outdoor seating options. The staff is all really nice, except one guy who frankly should be fired unless he can learn to literally hide his contempt for customers. I had two unpleasant experiences of rudeness with him, and also witnessed a guy almost come to blows because the staffer was so rude. But the rest of the staff is lovely.

Its Starbucks. Service is good but always double check your drink/order before you leave.

Fascist nasty place

This Starbucks is horrible I came in at 7pm with no line and they proceeded to make all 6 orders that came in after me first. They didnt even call out my drink so I had to awkwardly inspect every hot drink there to find mine.

Great place to get iced coffee or iced green tea.

Clean and well maintained in a nice location with plenty of parking and nice outdoor seating. Drink orders are always served up in a timely manner.

Staff was awesome with my 4 year old. Not the fastest with drinks but they get it right every time. My mocha Frappuccino is incredible!

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I will not be back. I had to almost beg the cashier to stop conversing with her co-workers so I could order. After that it was a very slooooow process to get my drink. It was an expresso. How tough should that be in a coffee shop??

So I dont get Starbucks frequently, only on special occasions its a little treat to me. Today when I ordered a caramel Frappuccino the girl making my drink screwed her face up and the other girl behind the counter told me that they were the most annoying drink to have to make. I was kind of taken aback. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience for ordering what I ordered. Im in the service industry and would never want my guests to feel that their orders were a burden for me to fill. Your coffee is good but the service was really off putting next time I want to treat myself Ill go somewhere else where Im not a burden to the employees.

I am not happy today. For several weeks the mobile orders are not ready upon arrival. Drinks being prepared incorrectly and with no love.

Both times I’ve been here I had to wait more than 10 minutes when it’s not even busy at all. Also, both times they messed up my order, they can’t do the most simple things such as adding extra caramel or no whip on a drink. Never coming back to this starbucks.

This starbucks will degrade the coffee chain. I stopped by with a friend for a relaxing coffee break .Not only did my order came after 15 mins wait and reminder, there wasnt a clean table sit.The lounge chairs needs to be in trash. Its loaded with stains and its worn out . There were kids toys all over the seats as if its a daycare center.Tables were dusty and covered with coffee stains, crumbs and every trace of human prints.The whole place needs to be cleaned and probably disinfected.Totally DISGUSTING. Not going back.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I am writing this because Im fed up. Ive been to this location several times and theres always something wrong here. There was one morning that I wanted to get coffee here and even though it was almost an hour after the posted opening time the employees were just arriving to open the store, another time when one of the employees was being really rude and combative with another customer and I was so uncomfortable that I left without ordering and lastly there have been four other instances including today where my drink order was incorrect. Today the staff attempted to make it many times but after the third attempt I left. Im not ordering anything crazy and I always get the same thing: a grande red eye with veranda coffee and lots of room. There were at least three other customers that were also given incorrect orders just in the time I was in the store (about 20 minutes) I get that Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer, however the two old biddies; the blonde with the wild lip liner and the brunette who cant remember anything not written out in detail NEED TO BE PUT ON A DIFFERENT SHIFT OTHER THAN WEEKDAY MORNINGS. I wish management would do something because as I said before this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been into and Ive been to more Starbucks than I can count in almost every state.

Poor service and Starbucks needs to re access their process serving food. I ordered a toasted bagle and it took more than 15 minutes from when I ordered it. I could not wait any longer for the bagle so I left. This is the 2nd time this situation has arisen, however that problem was at another Starbucks shop.

Its a real pain that every single time I order a Matcha water, the price is NEVER the same. Can we just agree on one price already?
