Horrible...ordered a cake for birthday. Does not even know how to write a simple happy birthday message on the cake. Sneakly packed it WITHOUT showing it to us. Ruined the cake.

Ordered cake for my son first Birthday.They have very good designs and flavours.Ordering process and delivery of the cake is good.They gave the cake as per the design in the album.Kids at the Birthday party were very excited on seeing the cake.Pricing was high (₹1100 per kg) but I felt its worth the cake for the memorable moment.

Thought of trying this place first time for my sons birthday but soon regretted having even considered it.. the shopkeeper needs to be first of all taught manners and to ask right questions to the customer.. Why should anyone consider a place that has staff who doesnt know how to interact with customers. Will never recommend this place (Sarjapura road branch) to any one..

If you do not pay detail, you might miss this small store but if youre able to spot it, youre in good hands. Although, at the counter they do not seem to have a lot of options, whatever is present will be like a blessing to your palate! I love their fruit cake and excess chocolate (dont remember the name)Did not quite like the choco lava though

Such big inventory or stock in Sarjapura road. Make sure they pack what is on the display. Today they packed me older cake without even showing me. Definitely that isnt the best.. they just finished buy one get one offer already. Still this happened..

Tried 4 to 5 times, first 2 times its good, later on I taste for pastry, it was so bad, today I bring cake from there, its base layer itself smell like 2 days before and also taste is like sour.. But they recognize that this is todays cake only... Very bad.. I prefer not to purchase from this outlet of cake dilim

Good assortment of regular bakery stuff. Puffs especially are quite tasty and a delight to eat.

Store manager behavior is very rude, I have ordered the cake and I requested him to use gloves while picking and writing msg on cake , very rudely he said they dont use gloves and said if you want then take it or leave it. His hair was touching the cake while writing, how can anyone eat this kind of cake. I request shop owner to take car of the shop, this kind of store manager will create very bad impression of the shop.

They need to learn to make Fondant cakes... Spoiled my kids birthday!! To top it they offered me 300 discount for the cake since it was not up to expected standards.. kindly avoid this place for birthday fondant cakes!!!

Worst cake I have ever had.. Originally requested for Rainbow on 24/11, to be delivered on 26/11. Got a call today afternoon that Rainbow is not available and they can give something else. Went there again and chose Elsa cake... It was full of blue color, which was so card and got attached on hands and tongue.. Worst taste.. Would never recommend anyone to go there..😡😡🤬🤬

I ordered for my daughters first bday and the design was from there catalogue itself...they spoiled the designed horribly...and the cream was sour and spoiled...please dont spoil you party by ordering cake from here

Very very disappointed with Cake Dilim. Had ordered an animal theme cake for my son’s first birthday. The manager had promised me that they would make as many animals as possible that could fit on the cake. However to my utter disappointment, when I saw the cake, the animal theme cake had only two small animals on it with the cake looking totally empty. To my embarrassment, my party guests were telling me the cake was not looking good! Worst part is when I complained, the manager was smiling and telling his colleague that people are not happy with anything! Utterly disappointed!

I had placed an order of DESIGNER Cake of 4 kgs (for 3 year old kid birthday) almost 5 to 6 days before the occasion evening and we had paid Rs. 1000 in advance. But Cake didnt get deliver. When we contacted them for the cake, they told that cake got misplaced i.e. they had send cake to some other location and rider is not anwering the call. After that they told they will bake and send some cake. Very basic and regular Cake arrived almost after 3hrs. By that time my maximum guests left and hardly 1/4th cake was consumed. It was such a embarrassing situation we faced due to Cake Dilim and there lethargy. Never order any cakes for any occasion in advance from here.

Todays I went to this cake shop, it was a very bad experience.the service was really bad. I asked him for 2 piece of candle but he refused. He was saying we dont have candle sir. It was pathetic.

Worst experience I had with this shop/restaurant.Bought a birthday cake today 5th May 2019 and they could not write the birthday msg properly. Cakes shape was also damaged. When I asked them to replace the cake they simply said it can not be done.I asked for Samosa and veg puff and he gave it without souse and chatni....how can I eat these things without these..On top of all the guy was busy in talking to someone in local language and was not giving attention to the complaints I had and explained.Ridiculous.

Had a very bad experience with cake dilim, we ordered a cake for my sons first birthday with a particular design and the one which was deivered was nowhere near to what was promised and they didnt even bother to call and inform regarding the change in design
